1. Who we are

Growthly is a marketing and growth consulting and execution company based in Tripoli, Libya. Our services cover strategy, campaigns, and aligning marketing with sales and delivery. We also operate the Growthly+ system, which our clients use to manage the customer journey from campaign to revenue. We are responsible for the personal data we collect for our own purposes, as described in this policy.

2. Data we collect

We collect data you provide to us directly, data needed to deliver our services, and a limited amount of technical data:

• Contact data: name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, and the content of messages you send us.
• Business data: information you share with us during discovery and strategy workshops, such as sales, campaign and customer data, to the extent the work requires.
• Growthly+ usage data: account data and activity logs within the system.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and server logs, for operational and security purposes.

3. How we use data

• To respond to your inquiries and book assessment sessions and workshops.
• To deliver our services, run campaigns and prepare agreed reports.
• To operate, secure and improve Growthly+.
• To send information about our services when you request it, with the option to unsubscribe at any time.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

4. Legal basis

We process data based on your consent, to perform a contract with you or take steps at your request before entering into one, for a legitimate interest such as securing and improving our services, or to comply with legal requirements.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only when necessary, and only with:

• Service providers acting on our behalf, such as hosting and email, under confidentiality and data protection obligations.
• Advertising and social platforms where we run our clients' campaigns, only as far as the campaign requires and with the client's consent.
• Public authorities, where required by law.

6. Our clients' data in Growthly+

When our clients add their customer, contact and deal data to Growthly+, the client is the controller of that data. We process it on their behalf, according to their instructions and under our agreement with them. Requests about this data should go directly to the company you deal with.

7. Retention

We retain data for the duration of the relationship or for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, and then delete or anonymize it, unless the law requires us to retain it for longer.

8. Data security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access or use, including access controls, encryption of communications, and separation of each client's data within Growthly+. No system can be guaranteed to be fully secure, but we review our measures continuously.

9. Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Email us at [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.

10. Cookies

Our website does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party tracking tools. If we add analytics tools in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

11. Transfers outside Libya

Some of the service providers we rely on may be located outside Libya. In that case, we make sure your data receives an appropriate level of protection.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will publish the updated version on this page with the date of the last update, and notify you of material changes by appropriate means.
