Growthly provides growth consulting, strategy, campaign execution, alignment of marketing with sales and delivery, and the Growthly+ operating system. The details of each engagement, including scope, duration, fees and deliverables, are set out in a written proposal or contract with the client. If there is any conflict, that contract prevails over these terms.

3. Use of the website

• Content published on the website is for general information only and does not constitute advice tailored to your situation.
• Figures in our customer stories are actual results achieved by specific clients in their own circumstances, and do not guarantee similar results.
• Screens shown on the website use demo data for illustration.
• You agree not to use the website in any way that breaches the law or harms the website or its users.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the website, including text, designs, logos, the Growthly and Growthly+ marks, and software, is owned by or licensed to Growthly. It may not be copied or republished without written permission. Client logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are displayed with their permission.

5. The Growthly+ system

Access to Growthly+ is granted under a separate agreement with the client. The client owns its data in the system and is responsible for using the system lawfully and protecting its team's login credentials.

6. Confidentiality

We treat information our clients share with us during an engagement as confidential, and disclose it only to deliver the service, with their consent, or where required by law.

7. Limitation of liability

The website and its content are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Growthly is not liable for any indirect losses arising from use of the website or reliance on its content. Liability for our services is governed by the contract with the client.

8. External links

The website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control their content and accept no responsibility for it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Libya. The courts of Tripoli have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.

10. Changes

We may amend these terms from time to time. Any change takes effect from the date it is published on this page.
